I don't even know where to begin! But here goes... First let me just say that meeting Emily Soto was the absolute most amazing experience! I was first introduced to her by my amazing cousin and best friend Thomas, he too is an amazing photographer :). I automatically fell in LOVE lol when I saw Emily's work, and now having had the opportunity to attend one of her seminars is just surreal! When I arrived I automatically spotted Emily Soto and had to contain myself, I nearly fainted lol but I told myself that she is just a regular person just like myself but with an international fashion portfolio that puts us all to shame lol. Well that definitely didn't help, but I prayed and asked God to give me the right words to say to her that wouldn't embarrass me, oh and that I wouldn't trip lol. She was absolutely everything I had hoped, she was kind, sincere, humble, polite, and just an all around cool person. The entire seminar from beginning to end was amazing, and very informative. She had a live demonstration with a model, which she also let us take photos of, and showed us a few of her lighting/posing techniques, and also showed us how she edits. Overall, the seminar was perfection! Here are a few photos of the live demonstration.
